Our heavy equipment operator apprenticeship is a four-year, 6,000-hour program, and our mechanic apprenticeship is a four-year, 8,000-hour program. Both include supervised classroom and on-the-job training. Our apprentices are regular members of the workforce, earning wages and benefits while acquiring job skills.

Once an apprentice graduates from one our programs, they are eligible to participate in skill improvement courses that will allow them to continue to gain the knowledge and skills to meet industry demands.
